Schedules are crazy, plans change, but you can still find time to get a workout in, even if you can't make it to class! Below is one of my favorite full body formats. In this 25-30 min workout you will burn out your legs, get your heart rate up, shake in your core, and never want to do another push up again (but you will). No equipment needed, just your body and the personal drive to make it happen. Great for living rooms, hotel rooms, on the beach or at the park aka you can do this ANYWHERE. If there's a will, there's a wave.

Round 1:

25 Squat Jumps

50 Alternating Plank Hip Dips

60 Second Squat Hold on Board

24 Push Ups

2 min of cardio (pick your poison)

 

 

Round 2:

20 Squat Jumps

40 Alternating Plank Hip Dips

50 Second Squat Hold on Board

20 Push Ups

90 seconds of cardio

 

Round 3:

15 Squat Jumps

30 Alternating Plank Hip Dips

40 Second Squat Hold on Board

16 Push Ups

1 min of cardio

 

Round 4:

10 Squat Jumps

20 Alternating Plank Hip Dips

30 Second Squat Hold on Board

12 Push Ups

30 seconds of cardio

 

Round 5:

5 Squat Jumps

10 Alternating Plank Hip Dips

20 Second Squat Hold on Board

8 Push Ups

15 seconds of cardio
