A well-rounded class encompassing each element of the City Surf Fitness concept in a circuit or stations format. Circuits builds the foundation of the body. Strengthen your muscles, develop your core, and burn your fat rotating through a high intensity interval workout!
Beach Body Bootcamp
Our most cardio-intensive class, Beach Body Bootcamp will rev up your metabolic rate combining high intensity interval training techniques, plyometric movements, and functional core movements to burn fat and tone your body. Book your board today and feel your body ignited!
Combining muscular endurance techniques, kettlebell and resistance band exercises, and functional core movements, this class will strengthen you muscles without adding bulk to develop a lean, tone, and strong body. This a great class to build muscle and burn fat at one time!
Barre the City Surf way! This class takes your normal barre class to another level incorporating stability training in a total body workout. A low-impact class protecting your joints while concentrating on stretching, toning, and developing a lean and toned physique. Get ready to feel your body change! Pipeline will concentrate on your glutes, hips, thighs, abdominals, and arms changing your entire body and improving your posture.
Looking for a workout focused on developing your core? Our Ripcore class combines a short and intensive cardio sprint for about 10 to 15 minutes with an entire 30 to 35 minutes dedicated to your core, mobility, and breathing through a variety of training techniques including barre, yoga, pilates, calisthenics, and more. You will leave with a new understanding of core, feeling stronger, and more toned from your shoulders through your midsection to your glutes.
Surf & Flow
Change your body and clear your mind. This hybrid class fuses a high intensity interval training class with a vinyasa flow. Strengthen your and tone your body for the first 10 to 15 minutes of the class and then feel your body recover and lengthen for the next 30 to 35 minutes. This is a great class to kick ass and relieve stress!
Our spin on a vinyasa yoga class. Take your yoga to the next level flowing through a vinyasa sequence on one of our stability boards. This is a great class to find relief from stress, let your body recover, and increase your mobility and flexibility. Your body will be challenged, your mind will feel free, and your spirit will flourish with our “No Bad Day” studio vibes.
